SAP Program Manager - Arnhem 

For one of our key customers in the Netherlands, Energize are currently searching for an SAP Program Manager to join an interesting, exciting long term opportunity.

Starting from now and lasting over the next 5 years, this client is moving forward with SAP S/4 HANA. This means that the core IT systems will be replaced and renewed, starting with the core financial, procurement and logistics systems and the user rights system Identity & Access Management (IAM). But also building a data platform on which data products can land to make data findable and available to all.

As a Program Manager you must have extensive SAP implementation knowledge in Energy & Utilities and Engineering Procurement & Construction environments. Given the context outlined, experience with complex stakeholder management environments and hybrid agile/project portfolios is required.

Requirements

- Led at least 3 ERP programs, with a budget of at least €30M. IPMA certified and also experience in successfully delivering a program in an otherwise SAFe-based organization.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities sector, preferably in energy distribution and/or transportation. Is able to manage both the business and IT side of the program with content knowledge.

- Proven experience in organizational change management & adoption for process standardization implementation.

- Proven track record in Engineering Procurement & Construction environments.

- Proven track record in managing programs with external implementation partners.
