SAP Production Business Process Manager

As we expand our capabilities, we are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant to join our in-house team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive improvements in our production processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary expert for SAP PP (Production Planning) modules within the company, providing guidance and support for production management processes.
• Analyze and enhance production planning processes, including material requirements planning, production orders, and capacity planning, using SAP PP modules.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP solutions tailored to meet specific production and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules and business systems.
• Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize SAP PP functionalities effectively.
• Stay current with the latest SAP developments and industry best practices, advising on potential improvements and system enhancements.
• Manage projects from initial analysis through to implementation and post-implementation support, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP PP modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material requirements planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to designing solutions that align with business needs.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed.
