We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Product Owner to join our client's team. Position Overview:

As an SAP Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions that meet business needs and objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the agile development process, drive product innovation, and champion continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business goals, requirements, and priorities.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value delivery.
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings, ensuring that sprint goals are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the development team, providing clarity on requirements and facilitating communication.
• Champion agile principles and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality and integrity of delivered solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates on project progress, and address any issues or concerns.
• Stay current with SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Product Owner or similar role, with expertise in agile methodologies and SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities, with experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
