SAP PP-PI Consultant

Job Title: SAP PP Consultant (Support Project)

Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented SAP PP Consultant with extensive experience in supporting projects, particularly focusing on PI-Sheet and X-Step functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) module and understanding of PI-Sheet and X-Step integration to provide expert support and guidance.

Details:

• Full time position, fully remote
• Location: Brussels
• Start Date: 25^th April
• Contract Length: 6 months, with extensions of a further 6 months

Responsibilities:

1. Provide ongoing support for SAP PP module, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and addressing system errors related to SAP-PP module along with PI-Sheets and X-Steps.
2. Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions and recommendations.
3. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and problems related to PI-Sheets and X-Steps and entire PP-PI related issues Ann’s implementing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
4. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support staff on SAP PP, PI-Sheet, and X-Step functionalities as needed.
5. Stay updated on SAP PP best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance support services and provide proactive recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information technology or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant, with a focus on supporting projects and addressing issues related to SAP-PP, PI-Sheets and X-Steps.
3. Proficiency in SAP Production Planning module and support.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
5. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
