Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Inhouse SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our team in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-implementation.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of SAP IBP solutions.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of SAP IBP applications, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP IBP-related issues, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP developments and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to align SAP IBP solutions with business objectives.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about system improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
