SAP MM Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a proficient SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The SAP MM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Materials Management solutions to optimize procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes for our clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP MM modules along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The SAP MM Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver value-added services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Material Valuation to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement processes, inventory policies, and supply chain requirements.
3. Configure SAP MM settings such as material master data, purchasing documents, pricing procedures, and inventory controls.
4. Design and implement SAP MM interfaces with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP PP) and external systems to ensure data integration and process efficiency.
5. Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP MM solutions.
6. Provide guidance and support to project teams and end-users on SAP MM functionality, best practices, and system capabilities.
7. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to facilitate user adoption and maximize the benefits of SAP MM.
8. Perform system maintenance activities, apply patches, and support system upgrades related to SAP MM.
9. Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and recommend SAP MM enhancements to streamline operations.
10. Stay updated on SAP MM product developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
