SAP MDM Consultant/Developer

We are currently seeking a talented SAP MDM (Master Data Management) Inhouse Consultant to join our client's team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the optimization of master data management solutions for a renowned company in the cleaning industry.

Position Overview:

As an SAP MDM Inhouse Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing master data management processes within the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and challenges.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP MDM solutions to meet business needs and improve data governance processes.
• Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of master data.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and develop strategies for data cleansing and enrichment.
• Develop and maintain data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies to support master data management initiatives.
• Configure data governance workflows and roles to facilitate data stewardship and approval processes.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP MDM tools and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SAP MDM with other systems and data sources as needed.
• Stay current with SAP MDM best practices, industry trends, and updates to continuously improve master data management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP MDM or similar master data management solutions.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, data modelling, and data governance principles.
• Experience with SAP MDM tools such as SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of data quality management techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
