Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to departments across the organization, transcending hierarchical boundaries, on master data processes and functionalities related to Product Master Data using SAP ERP or SAP MDG/MDS.
As the SAP expert in a PLM project (non-SAP solution), lead the integration of product master data, particularly focusing on material master and parts lists.
Assume central responsibility for the operation and continuous improvement of our SAP ERP / MDS system in the realm of Product Master Data. Manage relationships with external partners and service providers.
Strategically plan and oversee preparatory activities in the realm of Master Data Governance for Product Master Data, in anticipation of the S4 HANA migration.
Qualifications:
Possess a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field of study.
Bring several years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong command of SAP and a deep understanding of master data structures and business processes, with a preference for experience in mechanical engineering.
Showcase exceptional proficiency in SAP PLM, particularly focusing on master data, as well as SAP Master Data Governance (MDS).
Exude confidence and competence in your interactions, with a natural aptitude for teamwork, flexibility, and assertiveness.
Approach tasks with a proactive, systematic, and highly independent work ethic.
Fluent in both written and spoken German and English, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
