SAP Master Data Developer/Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented SAP Master Data Consultant to join our client's team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the optimization of master data management for a renowned company in the cleaning industry.

Position Overview:

As an SAP Master Data Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will design, implement, and maintain master data solutions that support business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and challenges.
• Design and implement SAP master data solutions, including data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of master data.
• Configure and customize SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and other relevant SAP modules to support master data management processes.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend strategies for data cleansing and enrichment.
• Lead data migration and data integration projects, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with master data standards.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP master data solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to integrate SAP master data solutions with other systems and data sources.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and integrity of master data, and implement measures to address issues and improve data quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Master Data Consultant or similar role, with expertise in SAP master data management solutions.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, data modelling, and data governance principles.
• Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and other relevant SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
