In this dynamic ERP transition project as a S/4 HANA Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and validating business and stakeholder requirements. You'll assess the impact of changes, determine potential solutions, and provide valuable input on key design decisions through pro/con analysis. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying risks and proposing solutions to potential challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate & Synthesize: Combine and summarize insights from Subject Matter Experts across vital data domains like material, customer, vendor, and pricing to ensure a seamless end-to-end transition.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage closely with the business to capture essential process requirements and establish rules for data cleansing.
- Data Activities: Drive the data cleansing, migration, and testing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conceptual Design: Develop conceptual designs that align with gathered requirements, ensuring a robust foundation for system development.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in crafting acceptance test cases and lead functional end-to-end and regression testing to ensure smooth implementation.
- Process Modeling: Partner with business workstreams to model and optimize business processes, advising development teams on the necessary data structures.
- Documentation: Contribute to the creation of data dictionaries, work instructions, and training materials, empowering end-users with the knowledge they need.
What We’re Looking For: - Experience: 4-6 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Master Data Management & Data Governance: Deep expertise in these areas, crucial for ensuring data integrity throughout the transition.
- Module Mastery: Strong understanding of FI, MM, SD, CO modules, with experience in S/4 HANA fit-to-standard implementation. FIORI knowledge is a plus!
- Integration Know-How: Solid experience in integrating FICO, MM, and SD modules.
- Business Process Insight: In-depth knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Order to Cash, and Sourcing & Procurement processes.
- Analytical Skills: You’re a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a methodical, structured approach.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in diverse, collaborative teams.
- Business-IT Bridge: You excel at bridging the gap between business and IT, working closely with implementation partners to achieve project goals.
