SAP Lead Architect

As  Lead Architect SAP (m/f/d),  you play an important role in our company. As a trusted advisor, you advise our customers on demanding, highly sensitive issues and develop SAP architectures in heterogeneous system landscapes. You enjoy successful cooperation, clarify the central requirements with our customers at various management levels and create complex technological architectures and concepts based on SAP S/4HANA, on-premise and cloud. You also play a key role in the technical implementation. You actively support our project management, are the technical contact for the project team and support the development of young talent. You are aware that your position involves purely technical management, but not disciplinary or commercial management. Your task in detail:

• Design and construction of the SAP solution architecture including system/component selection, use of tools, interface implementation taking into account the relevant business processes (with digitalization, automation and optimization)
• Central responsibility in the technical conception and implementation of SAP based solutions using relevant methods and technical strategies, regulations, standards, security aspects and best practices
• Technical leadership and competence expansion of the project team in connection with the use of new (including AI-based) technologies
• Development and implementation of best practices
• Taking a central position in generating and securing new business
• Participation in bid teams for the creation and quality assurance of offers

You have a degree in business/informatics or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience as an SAP architect (SAP architecture, SAP development, system design) and for related applications/modules as well as in SAP cloud and SAP Integration solutions with. You have gained at least 5 years of additional experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment and/or a focus on SAP HCM/HXM in selected industries (especially public, health, automotive, medium-sized manufacturing companies). You have current SAP certifications in the above-mentioned subject areas and architectural methods and follow current technology trends on the market out of your own interest.

Your other skills:

• Proven experience in digitalization topics and strong technology knowledge beyond the SAP area
• Fluent German and English skills, at least C1 level
• You like to take on responsibility and communicate on an equal level with the highest management levels
• You present complex issues convincingly, structured and understandable and appear confident and authentic
• With your sense of efficient organization and solution-oriented thinking, you impress in all situations and shine with your strong enthusiasm and team spirit
