Tasks:
- As part of a high-performance team, you will be involved in the implementation, customization and application of the HCM modules for our European group of companies.
- You will work closely with the specialist departments and external consultants.
- You are responsible for the integration of upstream and downstream systems for our European group of companies.
- You accompany the HR departments on their way to digitalization by introducing SuccessFactors and file solutions.
- You will also demonstrate strong communication skills in supporting our HCM users and key users.
Profile:
- Ideally, you have already defined your focus of interest in the area of ??human resources management during your studies and have dealt intensively with the methods of recording performance and personnel data as well as salary determination, billing and time management.
- You then expanded your range of know-how while working in a trading company in the SAP HCM environment.
- Your way of working is characterized by a high level of commitment, quality thinking and strong teamwork skills.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English rounds off your profile.
