SAP HR Consultant

Energize is currently looking for an experienced SAP HR consultant to assist on multiple projects involving Belgian Post Payroll for one of Energize’s key end customers in Belgium.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering the Payroll and Post Payroll solutions for Belgian customer
• Supporting managers, providing guidance for all implementations and go-lives
• Functional support
• Resolve functional and technical issues ensuring all systems issues are resolved
• Upskill and train team members
• Involved in manager meetings
• Communicating and developing relations with business stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• ???? Senior SAP HR consultant – 10+ years experience
• ???? Experience in running Belgian post payroll solutions
• Public sector experience – most of customers in this sector
• Private Belgian system – is a plus
• Knowledge in inputs / outputs that integrate with payroll – tax compliance, 3^rd part interfaces, time keeping
• Bi/Tri-lingual consultants needed
• Belgian national
