- Independent support, further development and rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape (currently the modules Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding).
- Recording and managing requirements from the human resources area and developing implementation and optimization solutions.
- Development of an implementation plan for the migration of existing legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Execution and coordination of test phases, such as system integration tests or user acceptance tests.
- Customizing and documentation of functional extensions to the systems used.
- Processing of fault reports within the framework of 2nd level support.
This is how you are ready for us:
- Completed studies in (business) information technology, economics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the HR IT sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the implementation and application of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Quick comprehension and understanding of complex connections.
- Fluent German and English skills.
