Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technofunctional SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant with a strong background in S/4HANA implementations and brownfield migration projects. The ideal candidate will bring both functional expertise and technical acumen to configure, customize, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation:
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules (Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, etc.).
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Participate in solution design workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into functional and technical specifications.

S/4HANA and Brownfield Migration Expertise:
- Lead or participate in brownfield migration projects, including planning, data conversion, and system optimization.
- Assist in aligning SAP HCM/SF functionality with S/4HANA requirements.
- Evaluate and implement improvements during migration to S/4HANA.

Technical Development and Troubleshooting:
- Work closely with ABAP developers and integration teams to design and test custom enhancements.
- Debug and resolve system issues, ensuring continuity of critical HR processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Provide user training, documentation, and support to ensure high adoption rates and system efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest SAP updates and SuccessFactors enhancements, making recommendations for system optimization.
- Conduct system audits and health checks to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and proven involvement in brownfield migration projects.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY) and their integration points with SuccessFactors.
- Technical skills: ABAP debugging, configuration of workflows, and integrations using APIs or middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors and/or S/4HANA.
- Experience with reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud or SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Exposure to global implementation projects with complex organizational structures.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
