We are currently seeking an experienced SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant to join our client’s team. Position Overview:
As an SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module, focusing on Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration. You will work closely with HR, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of SAP HCM solutions, while also having the opportunity to learn and work with SAP SuccessFactors.
Tasks:
- Solution Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA) to meet the specific needs of the textile industry.
- Business Collaboration: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and align SAP HCM functionalities with HR processes.
- Customization and Optimization: Customize and optimize SAP HCM modules to enhance HR efficiency, ensure compliance, and support evolving business needs.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to HR users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM systems.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that HR personnel are effectively utilizing SAP HCM functionalities.
- SuccessFactors Integration: Learn and support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors, expanding your expertise into cloud-based HR solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP HCM module and implement solutions to drive HR operational performance.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions across the organization.
Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules, particularly in Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA).
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
- HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll management, time management, and personnel administration.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate HR requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Learning Agility: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, such as SAP SuccessFactors, and applying them to improve HR processes.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.
