Role Summary
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be instrumental in transforming our human resources landscape. You will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP HCM modules that support core HR processes, such as personnel administration, payroll, time management, and employee self-services. Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you’ll ensure our SAP HCM solutions align with business needs and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and ESS/MSS.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify, document, and analyze HR process requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the SAP HCM landscape to support HR goals and compliance requirements.
- Integration & Support: Integrate SAP HCM modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.
- End-User Training: Develop documentation, training materials, and support end-users for a smooth transition and ongoing system use.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide technical support, monitor system performance, and address any SAP HCM issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, especially in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of SAP HCM configuration and support, with additional experience in SuccessFactors or SAP Fiori as a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and optimize HR processes and customize SAP HCM to align with business objectives.
- Project Management: Experience managing HR system projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication: Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Team Orientation: A collaborative team player with a commitment to building strong relationships with HR, IT, and other business units.
