SAP HCM Consultant

Energize SAP is searching for an SAP HCM Consultant to join a major energy company in Cologne.

Your Tasks:

• Carrying out payroll accounting together with all monthly and annual follow-up activities for 23 group companies with different collective agreements (TVV and TVöD as well as company tariffs) and pay days in compliance with statutory, collective agreement and company regulations
• Execution of travel expense accounting
• Control of all productive processes of SAP HCM with a high degree of automation
• Ensuring the smooth operation of all SAP HCM applications with a focus on master data and payroll
• Participation in regular maintenance (legal changes, system enhancements, etc.) of the SAP HCM system: checking for relevance, preparing test cases, ensuring system integrity and production capability, sometimes also customizing
• Support of all interfaces from and to SAP HCM, especially to other SAP systems and Success Factors
• Module support PY, PT
• Processing of customer requirements (quotation preparation, implementation, invoicing)
• Participation in projects (conversion to H4S4)

Your Profile: 

• Completed (Bachelor's) degree in economics or information technology
• Several years of professional experience in human resources or information technology
• Solid knowledge of SAP HCM (modules PA, PT, PY and OM)
• Experience in payroll and time management
• High IT affinity
• Enjoy developing and digitizing HR topics and processes both independently and as part of a team
• Strong sense of responsibility
