Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to expert for all SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) related activities within the company.
• Analyze and enhance HR processes, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, and talent management, utilizing SAP HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their needs and design tailored SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP HCM modules, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP systems and business processes.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
• Provide training and ongoing support to HR and other end-users to maximize the system’s capabilities.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP HCM and HR technology, advising on potential system enhancements.
• Work with external vendors and consultants when necessary to implement advanced solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with SAP HCM modules, with a strong track record of successful implementations and configurations.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through to completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
