SAP HCM Consultant

As an SAP Consultant HCM (m/f/d) you will advise our customers in public administration and the private sector. You will play a key role in the successful implementation of the customer project and will be the contact person for the project management, the project team and customer management for challenging or highly sensitive issues in the context of SAP HCM OnPremise and/or SAP HCM cloud solutions, SAP Successfactors and SAP Concur.

In particular, your task will include:

• Consulting with a focus on payroll and time management, as well as the entire Talent Suite (Employee Lifecycle Management)
• Responsibility for functional analysis and technical design as well as for the implementation of (best practice) solutions for complex SAP HCM projects
• Creation of concepts and methods for controlling, standardizing, optimising and implementing business processes
• Participation in bid teams for the preparation and quality assurance of offers
• Significant contribution to the further development of our juniors in the context of SAP HCM
• Assumption of (sub-)project management

• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B1)
• Degree in economics, (business) informatics or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant or SAP HCM architect or comparable SAP HCM experience
• Strong comprehensive knowledge of the entire SAP HCM module landscape
• In-depth project experience with SAP ERP systems as well as S/4HANA OnPrem and/or HxM cloud projects.
