Responsibilities:
Joining as a technical consultant, your primary role involves supporting the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors within our organization. You'll be tasked with implementing the HR department's requirements, managing technical architecture, and ensuring seamless integration via SAP BTP. Additionally, you'll establish test management protocols, validate developments, and spearhead the ongoing evolution of new requirements post-implementation. Coordinating with external service providers and meticulously documenting project progress will also be part of your remit.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a degree or equivalent professional training
- Demonstrated expertise gained through several years of experience in relevant fields
- Proficient in working with SAP SuccessFactors and HCM systems
- Prior project involvement, preferably in deploying SAP modules as specified
- Strong analytical abilities, encompassing cross-application process understanding and a drive for excellence
