SAP Group Leader

We are currently seeking a talented SAP Group Leader to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of SAP professionals and drive the optimization of SAP solutions for a renowned company in the cleaning industry.

Position Overview: As an SAP Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP professionals and overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure the effective utilization of SAP technology to support business objectives, drive innovation, and deliver value-added solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, including SAP consultants, developers, and analysts.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities, and challenges.
3. Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on SAP modules and functionalities.
5. Lead SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
6. Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and data sources.
7. Develop and maintain SAP governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of SAP systems.
8. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
9. Stay current with SAP innovations, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's SAP roadmap.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role in SAP implementation and support, with expertise in leading SAP projects and teams.
3. Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, with experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other SAP solutions.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
6. Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address business and technology challenges.
8. Fluency in German and English is preferred.
