SAP EWM Consultant

SAP Support Consultant WM/EWM 

Tasks include:

• 2nd level support for our national and international applications, with a focus on SAP WM/EWM
• You qualify incoming support tickets in exchange with the end user
• You carry out fault analyzes and take care of the development and implementation of proposed solutions in collaboration with service providers and end users
• You support integrative collaboration with process owners, departments and external partners
• You provide support with smaller change requests with a focus on the SAP logistics modules

 Your profile:

• You have completed training or a degree in computer science or business administration (or a comparable degree or equivalent professional experience)
• You have cross-module SAP know-how with a focus on WM/EWM 
• Ideally, you have knowledge (debugging) of ABAP programming or other SAP modules such as PP, PM or QM
• You have experience with MS Office applications
• You are characterized by service orientation and good communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English completes your profile
