Freelance Opportunity: Lead SAP Finance (Data Migration & Conversion) Needed
We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Finance Consultant for a freelance project focused on historical data conversion as part of the transition from ECC to S/4HANA.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in mapping, transformations, and automation of financial data, specifically for Balance Sheet (B/S) and Profit & Loss (P/L) statements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and a strong background in data migration.
- Expertise in historical data conversion, especially during S/4HANA transitions.
- Ability to work as a functional expert, engaging with stakeholders from C-level to data migration teams.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Ability to handle both bottom-line topics and transactional-level activities, with reconciliation at the top level.
- In-depth knowledge of Balance Sheet (B/S) and Profit & Loss (P/L) statements.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6-month rolling contract (24-36 month project)
- Location: Cologne or Luxembourg (Mainly remote model)
- Start: Flexible, ideally before the end of March
- Languages: English and German are highly desirable, but not mandatory.
