Tasks

Consult within the business and IT teams to devise and develop creative solutions for customer/client processes and relations

Manage SAP tools responsible for client relations - C4C, CX, Customer Cloud, Sales Cloud etc

Use SAP CPI to ensure seamless integrations between modules

Coordinate external and internal consultants to guarantee solution delivery

Communicate with different department decision makers on processes/strategy
Profile

2+ Years SAP CX experience
-
Knowledge and understanding of business processes across client facing departments

Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues, both internally and externally

Fluent German and English language skills
