Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary expert on SAP CS (Customer Service) modules, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize customer service processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and SAP best practices.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CS solutions to improve service delivery, customer support, and field service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other SAP modules and business systems.
- Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage SAP CS functionalities.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in SAP CS and related technologies, advising on potential improvements and upgrades.
- Lead and manage projects, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with SAP CS, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of customer service and field service processes.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive successful outcomes in a complex, multi-location environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed.
