SAP C4C Consultant

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the entire lifecycle of C/4 HANA modules and adjacent ERP modules, including procedural, tax, and legal innovations.

Qualify key users to ensure effective module utilization.

Advise on continuous optimization of existing business processes and collaborate with various departments and international key users to implement new ones.

Provide support for modules such as Sales & Service Cloud and connected systems like Marketing Automation, CPI, and EDI.

Coordinate external service providers.

Evaluate, prioritize, and implement new requirements from the change request process.

Participate as a project member in various projects.

Your Qualifications:

Successful completion of a degree in (business) informatics/business administration or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Several years of hands-on experience in SAP C4C Consulting.

Profound knowledge of SAP R/3 SD and CS modules.

Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented, goal-driven work approach.

Initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Results-oriented, structured, and solution-driven work style.

High level of conscientiousness.

Willingness to travel, including international travel.

Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
