We are currently seeking a talented SAP Business Process Manager to join our client's team. Position Overview:

As an SAP Business Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will identify opportunities for process optimization, design innovative solutions, and lead the implementation of SAP-enabled business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP-enabled business processes that align with business goals and objectives.
• Define business process requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Configure and customize SAP solutions to support optimized business processes, leveraging SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of business process improvements.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented business processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with SAP innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Process Manager or SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in business process analysis and optimization.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, with experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and to influence and drive change.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Experience with business process modeling tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
