A key player in supporting the healthcare sector in Belgium, serving over 90% of hospitals and many private practices. Our focus spans patient reception, care pathways, hospital pharmacy management, financial and logistics management, and business intelligence. To further develop our financial and logistics management division, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our ERP solutions for hospitals across the Benelux region.
Responsibilities
You will join our Software Solutions team and work closely with both operational and commercial teams. Your main responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities within our ERP offerings and supporting Key Account Managers in maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will focus on the digital transformation challenges of hospitals and the healthcare sector, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Specific duties include:
- Analyzing the ERP needs of hospitals and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Preparing and managing proposals in close collaboration with the Bid team.
- Evaluating the feasibility, profitability, and potential value of new offers.
- Developing high-value propositions based on your understanding of hospital processes and organizational dynamics, and leading the final stages of the sales process.
- Monitoring the development of hospital networks, including organizational changes, process improvements, and staff engagement.
- Managing ERP contract execution with hospitals, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with SAP technology, particularly finance and logistics modules, and understanding how these are applied in the hospital context.
- Skilled at approaching and engaging with hospital network decision-makers.
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication skills in both Dutch and French.
- A persuasive and enthusiastic personality capable of effectively conveying the value of our ERP solutions to clients.
- A master's degree is preferred.
