Role Overview:

As an Inhouse SAP BI Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our SAP BI landscape, ensuring that our data architecture supports our business objectives efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise in SAP BI will directly contribute to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP BI Development: Design, implement, and maintain SAP BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective BI solutions.
• Data Integration: Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various sources into SAP BW and HANA environments.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize BI performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency of the BI systems.
• User Support & Training: Provide expert-level support and training to end-users, enabling them to leverage BI tools effectively for decision-making.
• Project Management: Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP BI trends and technologies, proactively recommending improvements and innovations to enhance our BI capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP BI Consultant, preferably in an in-house role.
  • Proven experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and report generation within SAP BI environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA modeling, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, ABAP, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Language: Fluent in German and English.
