SAP BC Team Lead

Join a specialist SAP Consultancy with international presence which is currently seeking an experienced SAP Team Lead BC to join their team in Belgium (hybrid model, multiple possible locations).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of basis consultants delivering multiple projects with 4 key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to contact for client in the project framework
• Actively uncover opportunities for development in the scope of the project and planning
• Assist customers with onboarding and establishing best practices
• Take initiative and come up with project improvement proposals
• Lead the project teams, engage and manage consultants
• Monitor and ensure all SLA’s and deliverables are adhered to
• Ensure proper documentation of deliverables
• Stay on top of financials – calculating and tracking billings for services
• Monitor quality standards and process compliance

Requirements:

• Multiple years of SAP BC experience, and experience leading teams and projects
• Technical project management skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and managing geographically diverse teams
• Extensive experience working with SAP systems, including BC / NetWeaver and S/4HANA
• Nice-to-have: experience with SAP Business Objects, PO, Solution Manager
• Experience with SAP migration to Public Cloud
• Fluency in English is essential
