SAP Logistics Architect
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Architect with a strong background in the automotive industry to lead and oversee SAP implementations and solutions, particularly in key modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end SAP solutions, ensuring system integration, and supporting business processes within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP systems and solutions with a specific focus on the EWM and IAM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and future-proof SAP landscapes that address business requirements and system constraints.
- Provide technical leadership for system integration, ensuring smooth data flow between SAP modules and other third-party applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, especially in the automotive sector.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and security protocols.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to SAP teams, ensuring best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) as an SAP Architect or Consultant, with a significant portion in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), IAM (Intelligent Asset Management), and other relevant automotive modules.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of business processes in the automotive sector, including supply chain, logistics, and asset management.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP projects with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in remote work environments and managing cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules used in the automotive industry, such as PP, QM, MM, or SD.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA, EWM, or IAM.
- Experience with SAP project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile).
