Partner - SAP Finance

Are you an SAP Finance Partner who is open to a new challenge? I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Partner to join an esteemed Big 4 Consultancy Company with it's head office in Brussels, Belgium.

As the SAP Finance Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and providing strategic leadership within the SAP domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP Finance modules, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall financial strategy.
2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on leveraging SAP Finance solutions to enhance financial processes, reporting, and decision-making.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on utilizing SAP Finance to drive business performance, profitability, and cost optimization.
4. Provide hands-on leadership in managing end-to-end SAP Finance projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk mitigation, and delivery.
5. Stay abreast of emerging SAP Finance trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in finance processes.
6. Build and nurture a high-performing team of SAP Finance professionals, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and business analytics, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP Finance initiatives with overall business objectives.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Finance, conducting trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the organization's SAP Finance capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience (8+ years) in SAP Finance implementation, configuration, and management, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Controlling.
4. Proven track record of successfully leading complex SAP Finance projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
5. Solid understanding of finance processes, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) are highly desirable.
9. Fluency in English, Dutch or French
