Tasks
- Work closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, digital needs, and priorities
- Work closely with your Account Director and Business Director to ensure all accounts have a performance & commercial strategy, and to further the scale, capabilities, and quality of our offering (including media supplier relationships, technology and automation, training plans and new business)
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure Above the Line media is planned and executed and ensure clients are at the forefront of industry developments
- Clearly briefing and managing operational executives to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
- To be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple campaigns at a given time across digital channels and a wide team of client stakeholders
- Quality control of work conducted by junior and more operational members of the team as well as supporting their career development

Qualifications
- An educational background in a Technology, Business or Marketing related field
- Strong understanding of wider digital channels and environment, with the ability to compile media plans, including running and optimising media campaigns
- Previous extensive experience in managing paid media accounts working towards client’s goals on a DR or performance basis (experience with Digital Brand campaigns with Above the Line planning would be beneficial)
- Proven track record of developing junior team members and bringing efficiency to client activity in terms of both performance and resource levels
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including the use and creation of Excel formulas (experience with Google Analytics would be beneficial)
- Ability to independently research news stories, industry developments or opportunities and relay these to the wider business – we are looking for proactive individuals
- Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit to be able to grow accounts, win business and spot an opportunity for clients, our business and our team members
