Your Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational delivery and enhancing service performance for clients. Your key responsibilities include:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee customer commitments, streamline operational processes, and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Supporting Growth: Deploy resources, develop solutions, and contribute to executing the company’s business strategy.
• Leadership: Lead the operations team and collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Service Performance: Drive service performance, working closely with sales and advisory teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resource Planning & Recruitment: Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and outsourcing solutions, leveraging freelance talent and SAP partners as needed.
• Resource Allocation: Manage the optimal allocation of resources and subcontracting processes to meet client needs.
• Forecasting & Action Plans: Develop service forecasts and implement action plans to meet company objectives.
• Career Development: Support and guide the career progression of team members.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to continuously improve internal processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting operations, resource management, or project management.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Decision-making capabilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in French and English.
