Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer hybrid Exchange environments.
• Implement and monitor security policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate Exchange Online into existing systems.
• Manage the provider technically and procedurally, and review service performance regularly.

Key Skills Required:

• Several years of professional experience in administering Microsoft 365 Exchange.
• Knowledge of security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.
• Experience in managing hybrid Exchange environments.
• Technical understanding of new technologies and trends.
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal colleagues and external service providers.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German C1/C2
