M365/Exchange Administrator

Are you a seasoned Microsoft professional passionate about identity and authentication solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled Mid/Senior Microsoft Engineer to lead critical projects, troubleshoot intricate directory services issues, and implement best practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Bring:

• Deep experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot authentication issues and support code integration
• Expertise in configuring and managing Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange
• Strong skills in query writing and integration for AD/Entra environments
• Knowledge of Directory Services architecture, remediation, and optimization
• Experience coordinating with Microsoft Support for escalations and problem resolution

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Familiarity with Azure AD Connect and document onboarding processes
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
• Understanding of security best practices in identity management
• Ability to support emergency incident response and rapid troubleshooting

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft directory services and cloud integrations
• Past leadership or mentorship roles in similar projects are advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability of 40-50 hours per week for approximately 4-5 months
