IT Service Expert - Transportation Management

Our IT department is responsible for ensuring seamless functionality across all IT systems, from infrastructure to software, on both a national and international scale. Our teams work on multinational projects to create and implement IT solutions that support our global operations.

Energize are hiring for our top retail client in Dusseldorf as they build their IT Service Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage SAP Transportation Management (TM) processes, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and KPIs set with internal clients and IT service providers.

• Serve as the primary operational contact for knowledge management, handling service requests, creating and following standard operating procedures, onboarding services, and managing contracts.

• Work in close coordination with national and international IT and business teams.

• Manage partnerships with external service providers (both onshore and offshore), fostering a stable and effective long-term collaboration.

• Proactively identify, implement, and communicate process improvements to all relevant stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in information technology or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience, preferably in Discount Retail and Transportation Management Processes

• 3-4+ years experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) and operational and transitional processes.

• Creative, solution-oriented, flexible, assertive, and adept at diplomacy.

• Consistently professional, confident, and capable in all interactions.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to collaborative work.

• Fluency in English

Package:

• 100% fixed salary up to 85,000 euros
