IT (SAP) Project Manager

I am currently looking for a freelance SAP Project Manager.

As an IT Project you will guide IT integration and SAP roll-out projects, facilitating project scope, resource and budget planning, project governance and delivery according to the agreed time and budget.

My client has a location in the middle east region which will now be integrated into the location in Europe. This means that we need to integrate the middle east location into their S4Hana template and migrate the data from Business One into S4Hana. The project has a go live date of 1 January 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project from beginning to end;
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Develop project plans and associated communications;
• Submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
• Facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources;
• Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
• Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them.

Hybrid with 1 day per week onsite in Mechelen (Working 4 days per week is an option)
Max rate - €850 / day
