Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two, fostering their growth and performance.
- Take charge of implementing SAP S/4 HANA while supporting and optimizing the current SAP R3 system.
- Enhance and expand the internal SAP infrastructure through continuous analysis and process improvements.
- Work closely with various departments and company leadership to ensure seamless coordination on SAP initiatives.
- Provide support to in-house SAP key users, assisting them in their daily tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage external service providers, ensuring efficient collaboration and quality service delivery.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Informatics or related field, or equivalent professional training.
- Extensive experience in SAP, ideally with a background in in-house operations management.
- Proficient in SAP MM, FI, and CO modules, with basic knowledge of SAP Basis.
- Previous experience leading small teams and handling migration projects.
- Familiarity with trade, logistics, or FMCG industries is a plus.
- Strong communicator, adept at interacting with service providers, colleagues, and users.
- Self-driven, organized, and confident in navigating complex tasks and responsibilities.
