HCM Consultant

Title: SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant

Your Responsibilities:

• Designing, planning, and implementing tailored solutions within the SAP HCM domain
• Maintaining and enhancing SAP Fiori applications
• Developing and modifying customer-specific programs and reports using SAP ABAP & ABAP OO
• Providing technical support for M-net's compensation structure in SAP
• Advising departments on requirement identification, conception, and collaboration with architecture and development teams
• Ensuring quality assurance and technical acceptance of implemented requirements
• Managing external service providers

Your Qualifications:

• Extensive professional experience in customizing, adaptation, and programming within PA, PY, PT
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) informatics or relevant practical experience
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP & ABAP OO, with desirable knowledge of Webdynpro, OData, and Fiori
• Strong understanding of German payroll, including standard interfaces
• Advantageous to have knowledge of time management and structural authorizations
• Hands-on experience in project implementation
• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented work ethic, with a strong team and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a continuous learning mindset
