Freelance Senior SAP Successfactors Consultant

Remote - Freelance Senior SAP Successfactors consultant.

For one of my key customers in Germany I am looking for a senior SAP Successfactors consultant.

You will play a crucial role in supporting operational tasks related to Employee Central (EC), working on areas such as the connection to on the prem HCM system, and connection to other systems like; business rules, authorisations issues with role based permissions and organisational management issues.

You will be working on various projects, including the implementation of OpenText, in order to substitute their personnel file – this is an on premise solution substituted against Successfactors and OpenText. In addition to this you will be working on an ongoing SuccessFactors time implementation. It Is worth noting that my client is currently live with compensation.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Utilize senior-level expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support operational tasks and project implementations.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and find solutions to complex issues related to EC, including connections to on-prem HCM systems, business rules, authorizations, and organizational management.
• Bring expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC into the team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work independently and proactively to care for the system and address any issues that arise during operations and project implementations.
  
  
  

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to find solutions to complex issues.
• Fluent in both German and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Contract Details

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 month rolling contract until the end of 2024
Languages: German and English
Rate: €106.25 – €120 /hr
Location: Remote
