Job Title: Freelance SAP QM Consultant

Full-time, 100%, 6 months initial contract with 6-month rolling extensions until 2027.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Senior QM Consultant to join one of my key German customers for a challenging business critical S/4 HANA project. You will be involved with the implementation and roll-out of S/4 HANA to meet the needs of our client.

The scoping phase has now been completed and the project will soon be starting the fit-gap stage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business.
  
  
• Conduct thorough validation and testing to ensure system integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Ensure that all SAP QM processes comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly in heavily regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals and health care.
  
  
• configuration, and implementation of the SAP QM module to meet the client's quality management needs.
  
  
• Develop and document detailed project plans, functional specifications, and test plans.
  
  
• Integrate SAP QM with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to streamline quality management processes.
  
  
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement effective interface solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience within SAP QM as a consultant with a deep understanding of QM processes.
  
  
• Track record of successful project implementations and delivery.
  
  
• Must have experience within heavily regulated industries that are strict on compliance such as life-science, chemical, pharma, healthcare etc.
  
  
• Experience covering interface capabilities – LIMS integration with QM
  
  
• Integration knowledge of EWM is a bonus
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site at client locations within Germany as required.

Contract Details:

Start date: June
Languages: German and English
Rate: €/hr (market rates)
Duration: Initial 6 contract with rolling 6 months extensions until 2027
Fulltime: 5 days per week
Location: two possible locations of Munich and Frankfurt.
Travel requirements: 3 weeks remote and 1 week onsite per month
Travel expenses to be paid by the customer
