Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in one of the following fields: Automotive, Aerospace, or Robotics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of deploying firmware to 500+ devices, not just prototypes—demonstrating expertise in over-the-air updates, security, diagnostics, logging, and more.
- Strong knowledge of basic communication protocols (SPI, EtherCAT, CAN), time synchronization between devices, and signal processing techniques (e.g., Kalman filters for IMUs).
- A deep understanding of the entire system you're working on—whether it's optimizing impedance matching and minimizing EMI effects or handling interrupt management for low-level motor control.
- A commitment to writing reliable and maintainable code that others can depend on for years.
- Bonus: Experience with power electronics, FPGA development, camera sensors, or kernel-level programming.
- We primarily work with C/C++, using Python for prototyping. ROS is not used in our environment.
