Role Purpose
This role is to ensure that we deliver high quality Paid Social and PPC services across a number of assigned client accounts. Along with working with the Senior team members to drive our Paid Search and Social offering and proposition further.
The person in this role will work with their manager and their clients to provide them with expertise, guidance and recommendations, helping them scale their business and finding the best possible solution for their requirements. They must also be organised, having excellent personal time management - delivering high quality work which meets deadlines.
This role is expected to implement best practices for multiple Paid platforms; and draw on previous experience to provide realistic and commercially viable services. This role needs to have a high level of understanding of the current industry trends.

- Proactive plans, recommendations and optimisations to achieve client’s business
goals
- Performance and efficiency of advertising campaigns
- Effectiveness of communication internally and externally
- Understanding of commercial impact on us and clients
Main Activities
Below is a non-exhaustive list of day-to-day activities that are involved in this role:
- Responsible for the main ‘hands-on’ work in allocated PPC and Paid Social accounts
- Daily campaign ‘house-keeping’ including Budget and performance checks
- Creation, implementation and testing of Paid strategies for allocated accounts
- Ensuring yourself, your client accounts and your Biddable Media Executive are in line with best practice
- Contribute to pitch process with Senior Biddable Media Account Manager and Business Development when needed
- Regular communication with clients and colleague
- Reporting on campaign performance
Skills & Capabilities
The ideal candidate must have commercial experience in the following skills or have relevant transferable skills:
- Professional client communication
- Good experience and knowledge of Paid Media, namely Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and MS Ads
- Proven track record in providing outstanding results through Biddable Media and client satisfaction
- Google Ads Certified
- Google Analytics experience (GA4 is a bonus)
Additional skills that are beneficial to this role include:
- Ecommerce experience
- Experience using or creating PPC-based technology
- Experience managing junior team members
- Earned official Facebook exams
- Able to join the team once a week in our Teddington office
