Energize Cloud is working with a leading IT Consulting company and global provider of cloud technology and end-to-end software solutions. This AWS Premier Partner is looking for Contact Center experts to join their team and they're actively hiring for various positions. They launched their contact center practice less than 2 years ago and have already become a top 5 partner, they are rapidly expanding their team. If you are a self-starter and take calculated risks for the betterment of the client, this role is for you. By taking ownership for your work, you would be in a unique position to be elevated very quickly and write your own destiny in this company.
As an Amazon Connect Specialist you will:
- Play a crucial role in queuing and routing configurations.
- Work with call flow development
- Be the specialist and SME with all of the configurations and call flows for the company
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a consulting capacity working with contact center solutions
- Contact Center Platforms: both Cloud and on-prem (ex. Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE)
- Experience in developing and implementing Amazon Connect
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical actions.
- Personal Characteristics: Self-Starter, Enthusiastic Learner, Customer-Centric, Problem-Solver, Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, Comfortable engaging with technical and business leaders
