Our mission at Energize is to deliver an exceptional experience to all our customers. The thoughts and opinions of hundreds of job-seeking candidates and hiring companies has helped Energize to more effectively tailor our staffing solutions and create a superior recruitment service. We are always looking to make our feedback process more accessible to existing customers and more publicly transparent to potential new customers, as well as the wider staffing and recruitment industry.

Consequently, and in partnership with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Energize has selected customer review platform Feefo as our official portal for clients and candidates to leave their scores and comments.

This new system will also provide a more sophisticated interface to measure how Energize is performing in the eyes of our customers, and act as a truly independent benchmarking tool.
