Energize continues transformative growth with the hire of Brooke Robinson.
With a BA in Health Care from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, a successful stint in sales, and extensive volunteering and charity work, Brooke has the ideal resumé for a great career at Energize! Check out her introductory interview below…
Hey Brooke! First question: what attracted you to join Energize?
“The people. From the moment I walked into the Assessment Day and met everyone, I knew I wanted to be a part of the team.”
What was your first impression of Energize?
“The culture here really is amazing.”
What have you learnt so far in your journey at Energize?
“I have learned that everyone at Energize is a team player. Everyone has been so helpful in educating me on the recruitment process, and how to be successful! We also like to have fun!”
What motivates you?
“My family, and supporting others to achieve success.”
If you weren’t a Recruitment Consultant, what job would you be doing?
“I would be in healthcare, or work as a fitness trainer.”
Most Embarrassing Moment?
“I studied in Central America and I went without knowing any Spanish. We stayed in a remote village where nobody spoke English, so I was trying really hard to pick up on the language. Little did I know, the people there were teaching me curse words, rather than actual statements. So, when I would try to speak, I was actually being very vulgar and not saying what I had intended. So embarrassing.”
Which famous person do you admire?
“Oprah Winfrey, or Ellen DeGeneres.”
What advice would you give to someone thinking of applying to Energize?
“You won’t regret it!”
